Alliance Timber Preservation (North) Limited are the original company established in 1978. Over the last 32 years we have built up an enviable reputation for the quality of our workmanship and service.

We are members of the Property Care Association – PCA – and Trustmark and must adhere to their strict code of practice to ensure we attain the high standards required for their continued membership.

We were very proud to have worked for the Queen at her Scottish home, Balmoral Castle and also the late Queen Mother at the Castle of Mey as well as other prestigious properties across Scotland.

As a Company we provide a first class service and offer a professional service working from the private householder to Insurance Companies and commercial sector as well as local Councils.We can offer full surveys for Woodworm, Rising Damp, Wet Rot, Dry Rot, Insurance Repairs and provide all trades to ensure complete reinstatement.
